OUR POLICIES

Food & Travel USA, LLC provides several policies to ensure customer satisfaction and comfort since we use either a third party full-service company or various vendors for each trip (bus company, hotels, restaurants, tours, tour guides, etc.):

● We must follow ALL rules and regulations of all vendors. This may be written or explained to all travelers. (i.e. - Alcoholic beverages, smoking or vaping are NOT ALLOWED on the buses, or used on the buses)

● Since we use several trip/tour vendors - Our cancellation policy will vary depending on the tour vendor. However, all vendors advise that Trip Insurance be purchased to reimburse for some situations, especially for health issues. For additional information on Cancellation Policies, please contact us directly if not posted on the individual Tour page.

● We attempt to accommodate travelers with handicaps and other special needs. This must be communicated to us before signing up for the tour as we want to ensure that accommodations can meet the needs of the traveler. However, although we will reach out to the vendor(s), we can not guarantee that the vendor(s) can meet every and all special needs.

IMPORTANT: As a general rule the Motorcoach will stop every 2 to 2-½ hours for bathroom breaks and/or lunch break while enroute to the destinations.

● Although our prices are reasonable, we offer a payment plan to all travelers with the final payment due 9 weeks before the trip starts. (Due date may vary depending on the vendors.) This allows our vendor(s) to make all necessary arrangements for the trip. Payment plans are listed under each trip.

● We cater to diverse dietary needs, offering Non-GMO and plant-based options, with gluten-free alternatives available upon request . Travelers receive a questionnaire 2-½ months before departure to address any special dietary requirements and food allergies. This timing allows us to notify our vendor(s) with any special dietary needs. We can not guarantee that the vendor(s) can meet every and all special dietary needs.

● During the day, during tours, free time or when shopping takes place, travelers are on their own for lunch (unless posted). The Motorcoach driver or the Tour Guide will recommend places for getting lunch. This is usually the only extra cost -along with spending money -borne to the traveler since our trip costs INCLUDE a continental breakfast, dinner, along with all other travel costs, fees and tips.

● When travelers request a Double Occupancy accommodation as a solo traveler, we attempt to match a suitable roommate by having the single members answer a brief questionnaire.

● Additionally, after the trip, travelers receive an email questionnaire to rate all aspects of the trip, helping the company to meet its goals, identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to enhance the comfort, convenience, and enjoyment of future journeys.
